  1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our website https://cellsup.com/ between us, Cell Supply, and you as our customer. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

 

  1. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Cell Supply, Am Hof 11/9, 1010 Vienna. Further information about us can be found in the imprint.

 

  1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order, together with the acceptance of the order, will be sent immediately after submission by an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

 

  1. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components. Payment is made via [e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant transfer, etc.].

 

  1. Delivery and Shipping Costs

Delivery is available within Austria, the EU, and Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days from the conclusion of the contract. These shipping costs apply to standard shipping for packages up to 2kg. We ship our items with the Austrian Post, and in exceptional cases, with DHL.

Austria

Up to a merchandise value of 70.00€ (incl. VAT), shipping costs of 4.90€ (incl. VAT) will be charged.
From a merchandise value of 70.01€ (incl. VAT), shipping is free.


EU

Up to a merchandise value of 120.00€ (incl. VAT), shipping costs of 10.90€ (incl. VAT) will be charged.
From a merchandise value of 120.01€ (incl. VAT), shipping is free.


Switzerland

Minimum order value 100.00€ (incl. VAT). Shipping costs are 15.90€

 

Outside the EU

Charged according to effort.

 

 

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

 

  1. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

  1. Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects applies.

  1. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective or contradict statutory regulations, the remaining part of the contract shall not be affected thereby. In place of the ineffective provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
