Application
Step 1 – Graft Harvesting
After sterile preparation and local anesthesia of the treated area, grafts are harvested.
Step 2 – Micronisation
Optionally, the grafts are mixed with physiological saline solution or PRP and passed 51 times through the Microlyzer 600 μm.
- Thousands of specially designed blades dissociate the tissue pieces at the micro-level
- Cells are efficiently released
- High cell count and vitality are preserved
Step 3 – Filtration
The cell suspension is passed once through the Microlyzer 150 μm to remove fibrotic and unwanted tissues.
- The suspension becomes injectable and homogeneous

Why Exomed-D™
Micro-Graft Technology
It offers a system that allows the procedure to be performed exclusively with the Exomed-D™ kit – without additional equipment. The 600 µm Microlyzer with thousands of blades enables easy handling and micro-graft technology, which ensures high cell counts and vitality.
Microlyzer 600 µm
Thanks to the thousands of specially designed blades, tissue pieces are detached from the blades and cells are released in the micro-area. This maximizes cell count and maintains their vitality.
Microlyzer 150 µm
The released cell suspension breaks up unwanted fibrotic tissue and makes it injectable. To prevent this and ensure safe injection, the tissue suspension is passed once through the 150 μm Microlyzer, which filters out unwanted tissue.
