Two Proven Ways to Maximize Stem Cell Concentration
BSC – Stem Cells from Whole Blood
Efficient isolation of hematopoietic stem cells from venous blood through standardized blood collection and precise centrifugation.
BmSC – Stem Cells from Bone Marrow
Highly concentrated cell preparations from bone marrow (iliac crest) for applications with maximum regenerative potential.
Both procedures are clinically established and designed for the highest cell quality.
Diverse applications – one system
- Regenerative Medicine
- Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
- Wound Healing & Plastic Surgery
- Transplant Medicine
- Aesthetic Medicine & Anti-Aging
The Treatment Process – Efficient & Safe
Total duration: only 30–40 minutes
1. Removal
Gentle blood or bone marrow collection (approx. 5 minutes).
2. Cell preparation
Cell-friendly centrifugation with Exomed C™ technology (approx. 17 minutes).
3. Application
Targeted infiltration of the highly concentrated stem cell preparation (approx. 5 minutes).
Technology that makes a difference
Cell-sparing shut-off valve
Reduces friction, protects delicate cell structures, and significantly increases survival rates.
Precise fraction separation
Effective separation of red blood cells with maximum preservation of nucleated cells.
Optimized chamber design
Rounded inner surfaces ensure maximum cell recovery and minimize loss.
Targeted PRP removal
Special cannula enables highest concentration without affecting cell quality.
Reproducible Cell Concentration – Predictable & Measurable
Total duration: only 30–40 minutes
BSC – Whole Blood
- 30 ml → 3.5 ml stem cell concentrate
- 60 ml → 10 ml stem cell concentrate
- 120 ml → 20 ml stem cell concentrate
BMAC – Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate
- 30 ml → 3.5 ml total cell preparation
- 60 ml → 10 ml total cell preparation
- 120 ml → 20 ml total cell preparation
Exomed M™ – More Regeneration. More Confidence. More Success.
Exomed S™ stands for:
- highest stem cell quality
- tangibly improved therapy results
- efficient treatment processes
- maximum safety for users and patients
The next level of stem cell extraction.
Treatment Procedure with exomed S™
1. Consultation & Indication
Before treatment, a comprehensive medical history and indication check are performed. Depending on the therapeutic goal, it is decided whether stem cells are to be obtained via:
- BSC (Blood Stem Cells) – centrifuged whole blood or
- BmSC (Bone marrow Stem Cells) – centrifuged bone marrow blood.
2. Obtaining the Raw Material
Option A – BSC (venous blood)
- Standardized venous blood collection (30 ml, 60 ml or 120 ml)
- Minimally invasive procedure
- Ideal for regenerative and aesthetic applications
Option B – BmSC (bone marrow blood)
- Collection from the iliac crest under sterile conditions
- Extraction of highly concentrated stem cells
- Especially suitable for orthopedic and transplant medicine indications
3. Centrifugation with Exomed C™ (approx. 17 minutes)
The harvested material is processed under controlled, cell-friendly conditions.
Technological Advantages:
1. Cell-friendly Shut-off Valve
- Reduces mechanical stress
- Minimizes intercellular friction
- Increases cell survival rate
2. Spatial Separation of Cell Fractions
- Effective separation of red blood cells
- Protection of nucleated stem cells
- High purity of the concentrate
3. Optimized Chamber Design
- Rounded inner surfaces
- Minimized cell adhesion
- Maximum recovery of valuable cell components
4. Precise PPP Removal
- Selective removal of platelet-poor plasma
- Preservation of the concentrated cell fraction
4. Obtaining the stem cell concentrate
Depending on the initial volume, the following concentrates are obtained:
BSC System (Whole Blood)
- BSC30 → 3.5 ml stem cell concentrate from 30 ml whole blood
- BSC60 → 10 ml stem cell concentrate from 60 ml whole blood
- BSC120 → 20 ml stem cell concentrate from 120 ml whole blood
BmSC System (Bone Marrow Blood)
- BMSC30 → 3.5 ml total cell concentrate from 30 ml
- BMSC60 → 10 ml total cell concentrate from 60 ml
- BMSC120 → 20 ml total cell concentrate from 120 ml
5. Infiltration / Application (approx. 5 minutes)
The highly concentrated cell preparation obtained is injected precisely into the affected area. Depending on the indication, the application is carried out:
- intradermally
- subcutaneously
- intraarticularly
- intramuscularly
- or periarticularly
The total treatment time is usually 30–40 minutes (including blood collection).
